The BBQ meat selection is awesome but being a Jack Sprat I stick to chicken, brisket, pulled pork and sausage which IMHO are incredible. My wife likes everything so we're both happy. The staff are great!
-
Their ribs can not be beat. Moist and fall off the bone tender. Very good smoky flavor. The restrictions on dining-in certainly take away from the over all experience. But the meats are wonderful. Get take out now and dine-in in the future. You won't be disappointed.
-
We went here a while back. Great place to eat if you like BBQ! The prices are a little high, but the food is so good - it makes up for it. Very nice waitresses too.

Our company Dynamite Enterprises gets to work with Ray and his team at Outlaw regularly. Not only is he one of the nicest guys in the business, the food and drinks are always spot on. Doesn't matter if your getting ribs, giant baked potatoes or a bbq nacho to feed the table, his team is always ready to take on the challenge. They catered my brothers wedding last year and even their presence on site matched the quality and integrity of the restaurant. Can't wait to get them in Spokane Valley this year!

Absolutely delicious! I don’t know what magic they work on their pulled pork but it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t even need to add any sauce to it because it was packed full of amazing flavors and was so well balanced. We’ll definitely be back, new favorite BBQ place!
-
Real smoked ribs. Got the rib special today. Very meaty. My sides were Mac n cheese, jalapeño pasta salad, 2 cheesy cornbread muffins. Service was really fast during afternoon. Got to find out if they sell bottles of the BBQ sauce.
-
Always good food. Good drinks & great service
-
Delicious smoky meats and the tastiest, spicy pasta salad! Love their pulled pork.
-
Food was outstanding and so was the service!
-
Ribs are great! Wife loves the HUGE baked potatoe! Super nice servers. Good every time! Thanx.
-
Good find
-
Excellent food, awesome staff...!! If more stars we're possible, this place would earn em hands down
-
I don't know why I'm telling you guys how good the food is. I don't want a whole lot of people going because then I might have to wait a little while for their amazing food. However if you ever go, be sure and try their brisket.
-
Great food and service!
-
Ridiculously good, our new favorite
-
Brisket was great! Pulled Pork Egg rolls with the Yellow sauce cannot be beat! Fast and friendly service, Thank you Outlaw!
-
Ribs and Mac N Cheese were bomb! Was made to feel a tad un-welcome while picking up to go order. Something else may have been going on behind scene, who knows. The food was real good, so they will be getting another chance, lol
-
After a last minute large family gathering was organized, Outlaw BBQ saved the day by getting us pans of pulled pork and sandwhich fixings in under 25 minutes. The staff was so kind and kept adding stuff to our bags to make sure the event went off without a hitch. The food was incredible! Every bite gone by the end of lunch. Just wanted to point out how great an experience we had with this restaurant. They went above and beyond to feed our family like we were their own people. Wish I had their shop in my town! Will come back to Spokane for a visit.
-
Mmmmmmm meat coma. They had something for everyone in the fam. Great selection of all my favorite meats. Their tangy yellow BBQ sauce was killer. We tried the pulled pork egg rolls as well they were soooooo good. The ribs were tender and perfectly cooked. Everyone was stuffed at the end!!!
-
DE-LI-CI-OUS!!!!!!!!! The special maple spiced butter spread for the cheesy cornbread is OUTRAGEOUS in a good way. The marble rye is great and the mac has nacho cheese on it giving it a great twist.
-
Indoor and outdoor dining. Great BBQ and large portions. Staff is outstanding!
-
Best BBQ in town! My wife and I eat here often! Always delicious, and great service!
-
There’s no way to overstate the incredible job these folks do. Catered a small (20) family gathering. They don’t just hand you a couple pans of food. You get every single thing to need! The portions are huge. I have never tasted better food in a group environment and the full experience is beyond belief. Thank you Outlaw. “Service” is not just a word to you.
-
We've been here a couple times and always enjoyed it well enough. Arrived fathers day to find them out of a couple meats and had to wait over an hour for our food. However, they went out of their way with some comped drinks, sides, and desserts. Super appreciative of how much they tried to keep us happy.
-
Absolutely amazing customer service! Food is to die for. Get your next party catered by these guys you will not regret it!
-
Excellent food and service! Ribs, pulled pork, and jalapeño salad were all amazing! Very generous portions and they even added chocolate covered strawberries for our Mother’s Day celebration.
-
Thank you guys. Very good. I miss coming in To eat and enjoy the atmosphere but ordering out was just as tasty. They made sure each thing was individually wrapped and it was just as satisfying when I brought it home. Thanks again.
-
Love the brisket and pulled pork, the Carolina sauce on the pork is amazing. Deserts are on point, great people.
-
Outlaw catered a retirement party for our office at lunchtime. The process for ordering was very simple. Don't forget to give them a few days notice since this is smoked meats. The delivery was on time and the general manager was very friendly. The food was excellent. The brisket was the perfect balance between fall to pieces and firm enough to grab with tongs. Great taste! All the sides and pulled pork tasted homemade instead of catered for a large group. Every person loved the food and asked where it came from. Will definitely use Outlaw BBQ in the future.
-
Loved the service. Food could have used a bit more flavor. Meat was fairly bland but sauce was good. Just needs more season.
-
We love this place. Staff is nice, but sometimes lacks attention to tables. They are always super nice to our kids and make them feel special. food is great, but can get a little repetitive. There is smoked meat on everything...Overall, they have good food options, great drink and beer specials, and they stay active with events and tend to keep it fun.
-
Food was awesome. Customer service was great. Love the interior. They had flat screens to watch football. Platters are big, so I advise you not to order a lot unless you're ok with having leftovers.
-
Outlaw BBQ was hands down one of the biggest compliments we got at our wedding! They worked with our budget from the very beginning and were very accommodating with all of our requests. The appetizer table they made for our guests was one that was talked about the whole event by our guests. Misty was responsive and professional, as well as the whole staff on site the day of. If you are looking for amazingly tasteful and delicious food, you HAVE to go with outlaw for your next event! HIGHLY recommend
-
Great BBQ, friendly staff, awesome dessert options. I had brisket Reuben with a side of chili and slaw. Portions were a good size for everything. The sandwich was delicious, but the chili was amazing. The dessert display is an overwhelming temptation. I'll definitely come back another time.
-
While visiting in Spokane from central Texas we had the opportunity to have dinner at this unique fabulous BBQ restaurant. The food was pretty amazing and the desserts were fresh, top quality homemade pies ... blackberry ( my favorite)! My son and husband had the BBQ brisket nachos, they so enjoyed them and couldn’t even finish them all.
You really are missing out if you pass this place up, it is a great place to enjoy a nice bbq dinner with ALL the fixins and then some! Thank you for your great friendly hospitality ?? -
The brisket salad was delicious! The bowl is deceiving but there is so much salad that it would fill anyone up.
The music was loud for the size of restaurant, maybe I'm just getting old. I like hearing what my friends have to say and not just listening to music. That's not reflective on the food at all.
We will be making this our go to BBQ joint. -
The best! Love the brisket, love it all. The helpings are huge so make sure you have an appetite! It is our favorite, we even call in to-go nacho orders for games and family parties.
-
This is a terrific BBQ spot hidden away on the north side. It's been around a while and we've eaten here a few times but I've never gotten around to extolling its virtues. Since I've never eaten bbq in Texas I cannot speak to how regionally authentic the food is but let me say this, it's awfully darn tasty. Often times at places like this there is a tendency to over smoke but not here. Just the right combination of smoke and seasoning in everything they do. On our last we happened upon their Sunday buffet so we got to sample a lot of everything. Ribs, pulled pork, and chicken were all off the chain. Sad that they didn't have brisket on the buffet because we've enjoyed that on our previous visits. They also had several of their sides on the buffet that included a spicy Tex-mex macaroni salad that seemed to take pleasure in burning your face off (in the best possible way). These folks know how to 'que

A bit of a drive from mid-valley through Spokane summer road construction, but I wanted a nice, sit down dinner at a dog friendly restaurant, and boy was it! My English Mastiff, Barnabas, and my friend's Pekinese, Pessa, were treated very special. The food was great and we enjoyed a relaxing evening meal on the patio. The staff was amazing!
-
Great food and great value! The regular menu items are very filling and the all you can eat buffet includes amazing quality food with larger servings of meat and no fillers. Definitely will be returning.
-
Come here for the buffet on Sundays. It's good food and good price. Most of the stuff is a bit pricey but that seems to be the trend with BBQ. But the staff are nice and helpful and the ribs are so good.
-
Went for taco Tuesday and got the brisket tacos. $8 for the meal was a steal. The tacos were good, but I'm really interested in trying their traditional BBQ dishes. They have a nice little patio. Service was good
-
Great brisket. It's tender and well seasoned. Great potato salad and coleslaw too! I'm so glad we tried this restaurant.
-
The food is delicious and the portions are big! The staff are very kind and the atmosphere is warming and welcoming!
-
First of all the staff is great! They are super nice and helpful. Second the food is great. All the sauces are made in house. It's an over all great experience.
-
Yum yum yum! Great restaurant with tons of options. Coming from Texas, I'm always weary of bbq but this restaurant did not disappoint! I had the farm sandwich so that I could taste a little bit of everything.... however becausethe potions here are HUGE I got to taste a lot of everything haha. My friend ordered a regular order of the nachos for himself, when it order came out we realized that a regular order could easily feed our party of six! As delicious as they were, he could barely make a dent on the nachos. Everyone in out group enjoyed their meal, next time I'm in town I'm going to make sure to grab one of their giant cinnamon rolls to take back with me.
-
We were passing through town and stopped for lunch. Great service, big portions and amazing brisket. Definitely will come back if we are in the area.
-
Best BBQ in Spokane! Friendly staff, fast service. Sat and Sunday buffet rocks with ribs! Tender and flavorful! Brisket is cooked to perfection. Great parking and ease of access.
-
Was taken very good care of here by the bartender (really nice blonde woman) while I dined and worked on business stuff. I really like the presentation of the large jar of iced tea!
When they brought my lunch out with sausage, brisket, potato salad and beans (sides are your choice and are in generous portions ) I grabbed a knife to cut into my brisket... not needed..the fork was enough! Does that say enough of what you need to know?? Tender juicy brisket with their BBQ sauce tray at the table!
Delicious and highly recommended!
-
Obviously not the spot for devout vegetarians / vegans. That said, they have a robust menu that is absolutely delicious and carried out by friendly and capable staff. Solid place to get your carnivorous desires sated :)
-
Felt like having BBQ and this place was recommended. We walked in and sat down. The one thing we noticed was the guy behind the bar was also the server. The whole place had only him. We requested 2 beers and 2 lemonades. It took 10+ minutes to get because he was multitasking behind the bar. He recommended the buffet but we decided to order off the menu. When he brought our drinks we told him we were ready to order. The food came out fairly quickly with a lady from the back bringing it to us. We asked her for some water for the table. She said sure and disappeared. 5 minutes later our server brought 2 waters for the 4 of us. Again, he was jumping around trying to do it all so I was shocked to see that he brought us the water. Maybe she was the cook and had to get cooking again. We had 4 people and ordered "The Good, the bad and the ugly" which says it feeds 2 but if you are not overly starving, it feed us 4. The food was incredible. So my point taken off was for the lack of servers. 1 person is too hard to do it all. We dont even know if they had refills for the lemonade because he was too busy helping other tables and the bar. We will come again but if the service is the same with only 1 server holding down the fort, not sure if we will go again.
-
Delicious balance of smoke and sauce, tenderness, and flavor. Was all done very nice! Coleslaw needs more twang, bbq beans were spot on though. Ambiance great for casual or slacks and a dress.
-
I've got a few friends who pretty much don't go anywhere else. Easily likable staff, amazing food, great drinks, and a happy hour worth that's worth going. Just wish it was bigger sometimes. Bingo is fun and definitely makes me want to try out trivia night next time.
-
Excellent bbq. Ribs and chopped brisket was delicious. I got jo jos and cole slaw. I'm a slaw critic, and this is good stuff. Nice atmosphere with bar, and outdoor seating. Great service. Good dessert choices. Carrot cake, cheese cake, fruit pie etc, but dessert may vary from time to time. Highly recommended by me, the Great Spokane Food and Service Critic.
-
Outlaw BBQ is a good place to go to if you like country vibes. the lighting is very dark and almost makes the place feel closed in with an overwhelming amount of decorations and televisions. But they do have a great happy hour and most of their food is great. Good place to go to every once in a while.
-
Loved this place. They were great with the kids. Our server, Jill, was so awesome with our son especially! Mimosas for mom and dad!
-
Good food good price. Prompt service friendly staff. Homemade desserts. Yummy salads. Nice patio space.
-
One of the ugliest, most unaware kitschy feeling places I've ever been to. Despite that the food is solid BBQ, in my top 3 for Spokane. Order take out or being willing for a complete assault on anything considered tasteful. The sausage is a surprise standout for me on the menu, but the brisket is the real star.
-
Love this place...the brisket and blue salad is great...portions are large so bring an appetite.
-
The food was great but what I find amazing is the owners... Just great people that truly love what they do and that can be seen from the food all the way down to the spotless restrooms
-
Yum! My husband wants to go every week. Please keep doing what you are doing; good food served hot and tasty, large portion sizes, great menu, reasonable prices and good service so we will stay customers for years.
-
Seriously good food! The pulled pork sandwich was amazing and the cookie, candy cheesecake was delicious. The place was fairly busy and I ordered to go at the counter, the server was pleasant and attentive, food came out quickly too. I highly recommend!
-
The people and the atmosphere is wonerful. The food is amazing.. If you get a chance to try them you will feel the same...
-
Great atmosphere. Amazing BBQ. Tremendous portions for price. Best of all - genuine and gracious owners, management and service staff! Have catered for our family events several times. You won't be disappointed.
-
Oh man...Outlaw is the spot! Great customer service and atmosphere. Look no further if you're in the Spokane area for bbq. With our group of first timers, we were recommended to try the Mother of all meats. It has all the meats Outlaw makes. It says it feeds 2. We shared it between 3 people and the rest of our group ordered individual meals. With our 3, it was still plentiful. I ranked the meats in this order top to bottom:
Ribs- perfect
Sausage- perfect
Brisket- perfect
Chicken- perfect
Pulled pork- I prefer a little more yellow tangy sauce, which was available at the tabl
I expected at least one of the above to be dry. They proved me wrong. Great flavor and moisture. The only thing I felt was a little on the dry side was the potato salad and pasta. But who cares about the sides, it's the meat that matters. -
One of my go to restaurants for consistently good food and great service. The baked potato bar is awesome, and I love the pulled pork. My husband is a huge fan of the ribs. To top it off, they always have a great selection of mini pies!
-
Super good food, everything was tender and juicy. Staff here is super friendly and nice. Definitely coming back ?

Great place for friends and family.. food is fantastic no matter what you get , ribs are fall off the bone and the tacos well let's just say bring 2 friends each get a different meat and trade anyway.. want a nacho well theirs is a full sheet pan so share you won't finish.. drinks are on point and the service is perfection..
-
Delicious They have some of the best wings I've had in a really long time, possibly ever....and I'm a really big wing lover. Plus from what the waitress said this restaurant helps feed the US Navy Reserve units around the corner. Very patriotic! I'll be back for the wings and to support this great business
-
Awesome food, great atmosphere. I had the baked potato bar and it was beyond delicious - all of the fixings plus more! The waitress was fun and friendly. Such a great deal!!
-
Great all around! Everything was amazing, we came for lunch and ordered a platter of BBQ meats, all of them were awesome, including the sauces on them and the sides. Also the bartender was friendly and helpful in suggesting drinks.
-
Great food! Great atmosphere! Good service!
Would have been five stars but the service was understaffed for a busy night and could not check up on us as much as she should have to refill drinks and take orders. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable in the menu items which is a huge plus. -
Stumbled upon this place at the perfect time for lunch but didn't have high expectations due to the lack of major traffic and businesses around... boy, was I wrong.
Absolutely amazing food! Hubby got the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and chicken, plus had bbq baked beans and their corn pasta, cole slaw, plus a roll and butter. He loved everything, even the dinner roll, and my samples were yummy.
We were especially impressed with the moistness of the chicken, even the white meat.
I had a pulled pork sandwich with the cole slaw from the sandwich on the side, plus their Texas chili.
Once again, absolutely amazing, and the chili was meaty and tasty.
We couldn't resist so we added a mini pie with blueberries and peaches, which our great waitress heated up for us. Yes, it was yummy.
We might not have made much of a dent in this mass quantity of food but we enjoyed every single bite. We're looking forward to our next visit to Spokane because this restaurant is on our "must" list now.
-
I've been here twice now and each time has been great. Lots of choices, all of them delicious. I've never tried the nacho bar but it always looks and smells delicious. I'm from Texas and really miss good BBQ, but this is really good and as close as you'll get here in Spokane. Also, try the caramel apple pie...it's pretty awesome!
-
This place is the best BBQ joint in town. Our food is always good, the staff is super nice and we always grab a few desserts to take home. So much yes!
-
Can't say enough good about this place. Their food is amazing. My family went and we all ordered something different so we could try a variety. I had the brisket which was moist and tender, even though I ordered it with no sauce. We all loved what we ordered. The staff is also amazing, super friendly, and helpful as it was our first time going. They made great suggestions and didn't steer us wrong at all. Best BBQ place I've been to in years and since we came from Texas, you have to have pretty good BBQ [brisket] to impress me.
-
Best BBQ we've had in a long time. The people there are so friendly!! We will definitely go back!!
-
Great food. Brisket is fantastic with thick bark. Try the chili also. So thick I used a fork.
-
Best BBQ in town. Great customer service. The best ribs!
-
First time visit here, so I guess I shall start with the ambience, love the western/Clint Eastwood vibe. Pretty cool artwork on the walls, and the pine log bar. Great music playing in the background, classic rock not loud not quiet. As for the food, I had the 3 taco entree with the beef brisket. First of all I was totally thrilled seeing these tacos used "full" size shells not the "street" taco size shells. Oh by the way when I was a kid and having real authentic "street " tacos in Tijuana the taco shells were not the tiny ones that are the norm now they were regular/full size ones.
Anyways back to the "Outlaw tacos", not only were they full size and stuffed to the gills with meat and veggies and the taste was delectable. I guess the only downside to my experience was it did take quite a few minutes until I was acknowledged that I was there (and I was sitting at the bar) but once I got served the staff help was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be going back soon. -
Haven't had good bbq in a while but this place did not disappoint. Great atmosphere. Yummy sweet tea, delish meat. Will be back again!
-
Quality and consistency, this place has amazing food hands down. No other bbq place in a 100 mile radius compares
-
The brisket is awesome. Great atmosphere. Salad bar, nacho bar, and more. The creamy jalapeno pasta salad is yummy. Reasonable prices. Full bar.
-
Came In for the first time for hubby's birthday dinner and we loved it! Food was incredible. Service was a little slow, but it was a packed full house so to be expected. We will be back over and over
-
It's nice to finally find a great spot to get some BBQ. Everyone is super friendly and the service has always been good.
Definitely my favorite BBQ in spokane. -
My husband and I are from right outside of Kansas City so we love some barbecue!! This place did not disappoint! Everyone was very nice and the food was very good. They only thing even slightly negative we had to say was that this place has more of a fast food feel just because of the inside set up and how bright it is but maybe that's what they were going for.
-
Great BBQ place! Everything has great flavor without being drenched in sauce. Baked potato bar with pulled pork was full of good toppings. Hubs got the brisket and as a hard-to-please Texan, said it was great! We'll definitely be coming back.
-
First time there and wasn’t disappointed. Food was good with excellent service. My only issue is the portion size, way to much for one person. Had the brisket salad that came in a mixing bowl. It was good but no way could I eat that much. Salads aren’t much good the next day. So for us next time is to remember to share. Took home an apple pie, was so good. We’ll be back!!
-
This place is finger licking good! The brisket is fall apart tender and the chicken is perfect with crispy skin and fall of the bone meat. The sides could be a meal themselves. We ended by sharing a personal size Coconut Cream pie. They have homemade cinnamon rolls the size of your face worth checking out. Definitely coming back to check out their baked potato bar and salad bar. Service was great too.
-
Just tried this place for lunch for the first time. The service was great, the atmosphere was a clean and inviting western feel. I had the pork tacos which were normally over 12 bucks for only 8 dollars on Tuesday lunch special. They were huge and delicious. I tried a chicken taco too because that's what my friend ordered. They weren't bad, but their pulled pork was really great.
On a side note, my friend had been there before and he said their meat plates are massive. I will bring my wife back to split one sometime soon. :) -
I don't give out 5 stars easily, but Outlaw BBQ definitely deserves it! The ribs were extremely tender & delicious; probably the best I've ever had outside of my own kitchen! I really liked that the pasta salad did not have corn in it & it was really delicious with a punch of heat that gently grew with each bite. The baked beans were good & lightly sweetened (I could give you a recipe to make those spectacular). Then there was the potato salad...they actually take the time to make super good potato salad. And the portions are generous so you'll have lunch (or breakfast) for tomorrow.
Do not leave without getting dessert! Take it to go if you're too full! All of their desserts are made by Desserts by Sara. Giant cinnamon rolls with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting that isn't overly sweet; little pies that have that fresh homemade flavor (pecan was heavenly), large squares of carrot cake, giant cookies & brownies, etc.
Okay, it's a great sports bar too...LOL Plenty of TVs strategically placed for viewing from just about any angle. Friendly staff, excellent service and everyone having a good time!
-
Best place in town to catch up with old friends and enjoy the best bbq in town. Service is always exceptional. You can feel the positive energy when you enter the building.
-
We wanted to entertain a party for about 50 people, and we decided to get BBQ served as they would deliver the night of the party and set-up the vittles. I was in the midst of a move and unable to dig up my wire racks and Misty saved the day by providing the racks free of charge along with the necessary sterno fuel cans. The server rolled into our driveway as scheduled and quickly organized and prepared the steam tables to keep our mounds of food warm. The money was amazingly well spent. Our guests loved the chow!
We chose two meal plans and picked all sorts of meat options. We had pulled pork (which has amazing mild sweetness and tang), bbq chicken thighs (I think these are deboned then smoked with dry rub-very nice), diced brisket ( very tender and nice thickness in the slice, ribs (I couldn't eat any as my guests snatched them before I could get to them) matched with mounds of potato salad, mac n cheese, cole slaw and rolls/chips/serving utensils/plates.
The convenience alone makes this joint worth every nickel. I am grateful for their service.
The potato salad will clog an artery if you have heart disease...I'm kidding, it's deliciously rich and just like my Granny made it. -
Amazing BBQ! And all their food is fresh and delicious. The portions are huge and the service awesome!
-
Great food great service clean and fair price
I have eaten in the restaurant and had them cater an event thanks for the friendly on time service highly recommend this place for your events -
Ribs literally fell off the bone. I am from Texas and this place is the real deal. Sides include, but not limited to, Authentic TX chili, sweet baked beans, tasty potato salad. Heaping servings. Shiner beer. Pecan pie (and other great desserts easy to take home). It's like going home to Texas for dinner. Plus really attentive staff. You can't go wrong eating here.
-
You won’t be disappointed, good BBQ is rare in Spokane. Stopped in today on a friends recommendation. Had the Wednesday special “brisket French dip”. Good smoke flavor, tender brisket. Got a side and drink all for 8.00. Good atmosphere inside, was greeted with smiles and helpful staff at the bar. I can’t give it 5 till I’ve tried more on the menu but I’m definitely going back so I can give it a fair assessment.
-
Great BBQ brisket sandwich on Wednesday special, 1 is enough for 2, then with the VA discount = $7.20.
I felt as if I had just held them up! lol -
Great deals and good flavors. I had the 3 rib dinner which came with three ribs, about the width of your index and middle fingers. A little dry and chewy texture.
Ordered a 6oz side of brisket ($6! Deal!) and was very pleased. Melt in your mouth smooth, rich and delicious. Very enjoyable burnt ends. Would do again, skipping the ribs.
Excellent, attentive service from bartenders Chris. You earned that large gratuity!
Noisy interior with incomprehensible and needlessly oversized wooden chairs & tables. Clunky. Live music occasionally. Well priced with ample parking

Outlaw BBQ Catered Our Wedding!
We had a wedding of about 100 people and decided to go with Outlaw for their catering. We dealt with several people throughout the process that were very informative, including Amy, who replied to every email and question i sent in the months prior.
We had full service catering done and I can say it was worth every penny. Did not have to worry about anything at the wedding because they took care of it all. Their arrival was right on time, their treatment was warm and welcoming, and the food was praised by everyone who attended.
I would definitely recommend them for both their restaurant and catering service.
-
I love the atmosphere and enjoy the outdoor seating on summer days. I personally love the old stars and western movie montages on the walls. The staff is laid back and very flexible.
The food is every good and I love their desserts. They have a lemon bar, that I adore, but the carrot cake was better. If you don't know where to start go with the ribs or pulled pork sandwich. One thing to watch out for is the jalapenos. They were in the honey butter and I wasn't expecting it. LOL -
Seriously just amazing food! Their coleslaw is so yummy, it's a must try! All portions are great and you definitely wont leave hungry! We had the best waitress, i wish I could remeber her name! Anyways, go try it you wont be disappointed!
-
Everything was great! Everything we've ever eaten there was great. Thenachos are huge! Enough for 4-6 people. I had a brisket & blue (?) Salad...it was delicious! The servers are especially friendly, joking with customers & bringing out the smiles. That's truly what gets people to want to come back. We've been coming back & telling people about it.
-
Brunch! Chicken and waffles-house breaded-crispy waffles served with chipotle maple butter, real maple syrup, and perfect biscuits and scrambled eggs! I had the chicken fried steak-in house battered- biscuits, savory gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links. I didn't think the north side could do it, but they did. Brunch Sat and Sun 9-1. We'll be back!
-
This place is AMAZING! Living in the south 14 years made me pretty critical of BBQ. This place is true southern-style cooking! Friendly staff, clean establishment, great value and portions, and a massive dessert selection. Family friendly and they have a nice outdoor patio.
-
Truly one of the best barbecue restaurants I've eaten out while living in Washington state for 22 years
-
Live music. Ribs with meat that fall right off the bone. Bomb baked beans! Not to mention GREAT customer service. What else could you ask for? Oh, and on Friday's they offer half price on select menu items!
-
The food is amazing and the service was superb! We recently had them cater our wedding for 250 people. Outlaw BBQ went above and beyond my expectations. I even changed up the menu slightly and they rolled with my changes. I highly recommend them for their catering services. Not a single guest complained nor walked away hungry!!
-
Great bbq, love the brisket, the chili and the potato salad and the potato bar is nice too. They also have massive deserts
-
I had never had outlaw bbq until recently when I chose them to make some of the food for my sons birthday. I ordered ribs, pulled pork, spicy mac, and bacon ranch potato salad. Everything was amazing my family and friends LOVED the ribs and were asking where this place was. I'm sure we will all be returning just to eat there in the future. Best part of it all was how easy it was. I ordered 2 days prior and picked it up with no problem the gentleman working even helped me take it out to my car.
Thanks outlaw bbq for a great experience. -
This is such a one of a kind bbq place and local bar. It's comfortable with old country playing. The atmosphere is relaxed but definitely clean and family friendly. The bar staff was attentive and talkative. They had us try a couple tastings of new ciders they're featuring and we watched baseball while snacking on bbq sliders. The prices were really reasonable and the flavors were worth the drive into town. My sister and I really enjoyed the afternoon there.
-
If there was a six star, they would get it from me. This place's pulled pork is too good for me not to spread the word. I will definitely be back again, recommending anyone to join me if in the mood for some authentic bbq.
-
Stopped by for the first time and was greatly impressed. Situated in a mini strip type mall but when you enter you are transformed into a southwestern bar. The art on the walls is unique and adds to the atmosphere. Now for the food. We had the brisket and the pulled pork. Great smokey flavor and ample portions. Potentially the best BBQ in Spokane. And then there is the desserts. The market at the rear of the restaurant is filled with tasty baked goods like cinnamon rolls, peach cobbler and caramel apple crisp. If you want BBQ this is the place to go.
-
We go to Outlaw quite often, the staff is friendly & fast and they acknowledge you, the food is always good, just enough choices, my mom and I love the salads & the desserts are a must try !!
-
We had Outlaw prepare the food for our rehearsal dinner in July. They were very accommodating with our order. We had brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken thighs. They also prepared baked beans and spicy mac and cheese. It was all delicious. The two sauces were very tasty. I would highly recommend.
-
Awesome BBQ at a great price! Will definitely hit them up next time we’re in town! You have to try out for yourself!
-
I love this place! Baked potato bar, get out of town! Excellent staff provided amazing service. Love it all!
-
It's pretty good. Had the sausage and would recommend cooking it for a little shorter time. Outstanding country ambiance and the brisket looked great.
-
Great food as always. Thanks again. Be back soon.
-
First time at Outlaw although we have had their BBQ at an event. It was yummy then and it is yummy now. Plus the decor and atmosphere was spot on. My brisket fell apart as my fork touched it...oh so good. Plus the Cole slaw had a little twist of spice that was a nice touch. Kids loved the dessert selection!
-
Good food and great place for eating with a larger group of friends. Since I am Texan, in a lot of respects it felt like home. Definitely a place for a "rustic cowboy" feel. Has a bar though couldnt drink because I am underage.
-
Great food , wonderful service, nice fun clean environment and you will not leave hungry that’s for sure. Be careful around the dessert case it’s a meal in itself.
-
Food and service was amazing but we were with a couple that had walked out the previous night, after 45 min of no service. She told the waitress and there were 8 of us she brought out a HUGE tray of Nachos that were to die for. I tried pulled pork tacos, brisket sliders. Others had ribs with 2 sides, giant baked potato, salad, sandwiches and everyone was extremely happy with food. Others having been there before also raved on potato salad and beans and desserts. Just be prepared for slow service. We didn't have it but seems to be a problem at times.
-
Great service and food the sides are very well done portions great for the price well worth the visit.
-
Its real
-
It was awesome
-
Great staff. The brisket and pulled pork were to die for. I had the best potato salad I have ever had. Highly recommend.
-
Great food and service. Could use a better selection of draft beers but service was fantastic and food was really good. I had the brisket and the cheese bacon sausage bites and both were tasty. My wife had the pulled pork and brisket and she loved them. My buddy had the ribs and really liked them. Our server Lauren was fantastic, helpful, personable, and helped us with our first visit. We all enjoyed it and will be back.
-
They have cookies as big as your face!
The wait staff was great. They comped me a beer when i asked if it was the right one because it didnt taste right. They tried it and determined there must be something wrong with the keg because they all thought it tasted funny too. Really nice people.
I had the Outlaw Nachos with the brisket. They were good. A little odd having nachos with bbq sauce but it worked and I enjoyed them. The giant cookie from the amazing looking bakery they have there was a big hit with the kiddo too.
Overall this was a nice experience. -
Awesome food in generous portions!!!
-
Came up from Texas for my sons graduation, we came to Outlaws for dinner.. I have to say it was pretty delicious! I loved the Carolina sauce! I ordered the loaded baked potato with the shredded pork. Very good food and good atmosphere, thank you.
-
People are great and food is awesome
-
This is the best BBQ restaurant in Spokane! The food is amazing, the service quick and friendly. Highly recommend their catering as well, Misty is fantastic to work with and the food was exactly what our party needed. Everyone loved it!
-
What a great place for a birthday party. We had a great time, wonderful food, and we gave our server a run for her money. She was awesome!! ?
-
Wow! Great food and the service was outstanding! The nachos were crazy big, we were shocked! They tasted even better! We will be back!
-
This Place Is The Best Place To Take Your Family. All Ages Can Eat Here An The Food Is So Mouth Watering. The Servers An Cooks Are Awesome ? Please Please Go There Any Try For Yourself An Make A Review For Them To Get More People
-
As a native of Tennessee, I am used to the very best BBQ has to offer, and have always been a pulled pork person. We went on the recommendation of our neighbor. We had the brisket, with sides of slaw, beans, and potato salad. It was all very good. The meat was quite tender, the sides were great, and the sauce was exceptional. We will definitely be back.
-
Great location if you have a BBQ craving. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The make the best mustard base Carolina sauce I have ever had.
There catering side of the busines is outstanding. Used them to serve 350 people and they were a big hit. -
We had the Outlaw Scramble this morning. The first thing I noticed was the gravy. It was clearly scratch, not from a package. The flavor was excellent. I've been to many restaurants that claim to use home made ingredients then don't. The veggies were perfectly grilled and the obviously fresh. The waitress was friendly and fast. Excellent food, atmosphere, and service.
-
The food and the service were both really good. We've found that it is difficult to find good BBQ in Spokane, but my wife and I both enjoyed the food. Pulled pork egg rolls were delicious. The Farm sandwich was good, too. We also got a giant cookie for dessert!
-
Great place to eat. Everything We tried was amazing. The restaurant has a good vibe inside and is very clean.
Chicken thigh fell apart as you ate is, and the pulled pork eggrolls were amazing, came with a mustard vinegar sauce.
I will return. -
Amazing. That's the 2 meat with sides. Had leftovers. Also had a rib, and desert. Took home leftovers. Sauce is amazing, meat is tender and not dry in the least. Huge deserts. It's all Texas sized. Speedy service late night.
-
Visiting Eastern WA for State track. Found this BBQ place. The food was great! Lots of choices and excellent service!!!!!
-
I usually don't like for bbq, but I am addicted to this place!
Best bbq pulled pork tacos! -
Checked it out tonight, great ribs and excellent service.
-
Fantastic food, fresh, spiced just right. Decent prices and a variety to choose from. The desserts look amazing and I'll have to go sometime to get one or two. Service was laid back, but not too slow. Will definitely go again.
-
Great food and drinks and great prices staff is friendly and fast!
-
Meant to do this earlier. Outlaw BBQ has become a favorite for me and my coworker when we are in town since we found it earlier this year. The motif is rustic and they just remodeled some of the benches, clean and friendly. Happy hour is crazy, we had between four of us 4 beers, 1 mixed drink and an RC Cola (where do you find RC Cola these days) and three Appetizers the total was $35. The appetizers we great, the Nachos came on a full size cookie sheet, we couldn't finish it but not for a lack of trying. Good BBQ, great wait staff. Great place.
-
I've had a lot of different bbq from around spokane and finally can say that I have found truly great bbq
-
Food was fresh and super delicious! Staff was friendly and the GM/my waiter was rad. My new favorite spot to eat. 5/5 all around. And the giant chocolate chip cookie was great, too! ???
-
I came today with my kids for breakfast...
Hands down best food I’ve had in a long time. This is definitely a Diners Drive inns and Dives episode waiting to happen! Great staff awesome libations and the best breakfast for the buck in town! I’m just sad I didn’t have the stomach for more... we will back! -
Absolutely love this place! The brisket is my favorite and we always have more then we can eat! Highly recommend this place!
-
Absolutely loved it! Hands down some of the best BBQ in Spokane. Enjoyed their pulled pork out on the patio and will definitely be back for more! If you need a place to relax with friends, have a good time, and enjoy some amazing food, go here!
-
Fast and fun service, great large portions of food that is priced right.
-
Great people that work here and the owners too. Excellent food and atmosphere. Thank you Outlaw BBQ. I will be back
-
This place is FUXKING awesome! Great staff amazing BBQ! Did I mention the truely spectacular staff!?!
New favorite spot!
#blessed -
It's hard to beat my husbands pulled pork, but this place sure does come in a close second!
What a wonderful lunch for those days we go to the VA! -
This is a nice casual Western vibe with bench seating and tables with chairs. On one side is the bar. There are several TV's so it's a good place to watch sports. When you come in, you seat yourself, but I always go up to the dessert counter and plan ahead. Desserts are made in house and there are always a large variety to choose from. I've been told gently they also have karaoke on some nights!
I don't know how anyone can say you don't get a lot of food. Their salads come in huge mixing bowls where they barely fix in a Togo box! My husband ordered the nachos and couldn't finish them (he's not one to leave food behind). Five of my friends also once ordered the nachos and couldn't finish it. If you're having trouble deciding which meat, the pulled pork is my favorite.
While they don't have my favorite BBQ in town, the large portions, the friendly service, the dessert bar and the community support (the owner sponsors local rec sports teams) will have me continually coming back.
-
Chris is a top shelf server. He is fast is fast and thorough. It is obvious that the ownership is in the mix daily. So awesome to have legit BBQ place in the Northwest. Try it out for something new and you will return for more!
-
Delicious!! My husband and I went on a busy day, and service was slower. But will definitely be back!!
-
I got Delicious "Texas Chilli (no beans)" loaded with meat, sauce, onions, tomatoes, etc. and tons of taste! I got the idea to add fritos and cheese from their Texas Frito Pie option. Huge bar. Nice tables, benches, chairs. Every few chairs at the bar had its own mini TV and then several other big TV screens easy viewing throughout. Music playing upbeat older rock at nice volume. Fast polite service. I really liked it!! Right by the Spokane VA Medical Center. Check it out and bring your friends!
-
My wife and I went to check this place out. The gentleman that sat us was very sociable, and a great host. The food was delicious, a mix of both pork and beef barbecue, this could easily be considered fusion style restaurant. Overall, great food, quality service, and good dessert too!
-
My new favorite BBQ spot! Loved the pulled pork with the crisp outside ends! The loaded potato bar was awesome, such a neat way to try multiple items, since I had a difficult time deciding what to order. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and personable. Atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Portions were generous and a good value for the price paid. The dessert display is beautiful and I'm excited to check out the bar scene! I truly look forward to my next visit and will definitely recommend this place to others! :)
-
Great service, great staff, big portions, good barbecue. Only disappointment is that the only green stuff you'll find on your plate are pickles. The selection of sides would be greatly improved with some kind of hot green vegetable (collards, green beans, ...)
-
It was perty good the brisket was great except a little too much fat left on it the sausage was good the baked beans were great the tater salad was okay
-
This is the REAL deal! If you have eaten Texas BBQ in Texas this is it. I have been looking for a place like this for years in Spokane. Finally someone opened one up! If you have eaten BBQ in the deep south you will get the real thing here. The brisket was moist with fat and bark on it to boot. The chicken was cook just right as well with skin and juicy! The beans where melt in your mouth with big chucks of bacon. So was the potato salad with real chunks of bacon.
So happy Spokane has a true Texas BBQ house!
-
The service was great and the food was amazing. The portions are huge and very well priced for sure. We will for sure be back!
-
I've been here a few times to get take-out. Portions have been more than I could eat in one setting and price great for the portion size. Food has been really good, and in my opinion is better than Dickey's BBQ. Only negatives I've experienced is that they don't always have the Peanut Butter Pie (jumbo Reese's Peanut Butter Cups), and that they seem to only have one or two waiters/waitresses and could use more during busy times (hence the 4 stars).
And for those who say that ...
My friend and I went there for lunch yesterday. The restaurant is spotless, the staff is amazing and the food was spectacular. My friend orderedthe three tacos for eight dollar Tuesday special. There was an abundance of meat and the coleslaw on top just added to the great taste. She had a huckleberry lemonade which cost only three dollars and the mason jar was almost bigger than her face. I ordered a sweet iced tea which they home brew there. super super yummy. I had a barbecue chicken sandwich with Jojo’s we shared the Jojo’s and still had leftovers. This is now my favorite Spokane barbecue restaurant
-
Everyone I know who eats here loves it! Cannot wait to try it!
-
I had the most amazing biscuits and gravy today along with stellar service and a fabulous Bloody Mary !!!!
-
Tried your restaurant out today for brunch. Our server was wonderful. She kept coffee and water filled, asked if we needed anything several times, suggested to go boxes before we even asked. The Bloody Mary was one of the best I have had in a long time. Of our party of four three of us ordered the chicken fried steak, it came with two amazing biscuits, scrambled eggs and three link sausages. So good! My only complaint, and it's not by all means a complaint, I would have loved more gravy. Next time I will ask for a side to be added to my order. My husband had your biscuits and gravy. He cleaned his plate!!!
We cannot wait to come back and have lunch or dinner. -
Ray and Misty have done it again!! Fun atmosphere and some of the best BBQ we've had. Even better than some famed joints in TX and TN! From brunch, to the baked potato bar to the brisket, everything is tasty. And don't get me started on the cinnamon rolls!
-
Really good barbecue. Best I have had on the west coast (originally from South Carolina so I appreciate good barbecue). Portions are huge so get ready to take home leftovers. Service is good as well. Highly recommend
-
Awesome meat, great flavor, nice sides, not horribly expensive and the staff was very friendly!
-
I am a pit master, and would recommend them to my friends and family, and even people I don't care for!
-
Tried them out yesterday for the first time and they were frickin awesome! I found my new breakfast spot for the weekend, food was delicious!
-
The service was excellent and the food definitely fabulous!
-
ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS! Had THE FARM sandwich with some slaw and damn it was good. Service was on point! Can't wait til my surgery in few weeks up here just to grub here again! Thank you!.....
-
Great food, friendly wait staff (Pretty too?). Had lunch with two long time friends, we were all very pleased with our meals and what a side of slaw! Weren't skimpy on meat or sides. Will be back.
-
Had gringo tacos (brisket) on taco Tuesday, price was good. Very tasty and feeling. Some chunks of meat were a little large for on a taco but other than that thumbs up.
My son had pulled pork sandwich, he said it was really good. Tasty. Another thumbs up. Service was good and staff friendly.
Good food, good service, good people, and walked away full. Always a good thing. We will go back. -
Excellent food and the desserts in the case are unbelievable. I had the boss hog sandwich and was awesome
-
We had a large group and everyone was very satisfied with what they got. Big portions and my pulled pork sandwich was really good. Our waiter was awesome. Only complaint I have is some of the drinks took awhile to get to our table and it wasn’t busy at the time. Also we stood at the dessert case for over 10 minuets waiting for someone to help us or even acknowledge us. Overall awesome place and will return
-
Great brisket! Ribs and cheddar sausage also very good. Giant baked potatoes, beans, potato salad, slaw are all yummy. Really friendly staff.
-
This place is coming around. Went the second week they were open and was not impressed. Went back a few months later, and food and service drastically improved. Great little pace that's out of the way, but worth it. I recommend the Brisket and the jalapeno macaroni salad. I know that locals think that Long Horn is BBQ, but it's not. Check this place out, and try some real BBQ.
-
Came here for delicious meat. Was not disappointed. The BBQ sauces are excellent, and they had juicy, flavorfully cooked meat. Worth your time to eat. The sides were nothing to scoff at as they were top notch.
-
The food was great, large portions and well flavored. Seatting was a bit uncomfortable and the place was a little chilly but if you are looking for good bbq, put this place at the top of your list!
-
You need to come here if you are in Spokane, we were looking for a good BBQ place and we sure found it, food was not only delicious but staff is very helpful and friendly. Do not get me started on the ribs! Melt in your mouth tender delicious, all you want from ribs, brisket was sure right there with them too, you won't be disappointed
-
I LOVE BBQ. Seriously. This place was pretty good overall. The pulled pork was my favorite meat (and I tried them all). The ribs were falling off the bone with excellent homemade sauces. Oh man, that jalepeno cilantro macaroni salad was SO AMAZING too! An original dish, it was delightful!
The baked beans, coleslaw, and chili were all pretty disappointing to me actually. The beans tasted like they came out of a can and the chili was actually bad overall (taste and texture wise). I didn't try any of the homemade desserts but they looked VERY inviting, I have to say. Overall, it was a fun time and the menu items that are the most important to me rocked, so i give it 4 stars. Basically the baked beans lost this place a star with their unremarkable nature. -
Best BBQ in Spokane. The brisket is amazing! Enough burnt ends to get a treat every few bites. I miss the deviled egg potato salad though. The desserts are awesome and the peach lemonade is great. Super service.
-
Really nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly too. Portions aren't what you'd expect for price but flavor is quote good.
-
Went for dinner on a Thursday night. Awesome staff, great food. Clean, friendly and average prices. Definitely want to try breakfast. Might even try a Saturday night karaoke. We will be back for sure.
-
Had the egg rolls and the Farm sandwich, tasted the coleslaw and ribs. Egg rolls were a favorite! The ribs were not falling off the bone but taste was good. Coleslaw was basic and nothing special but still really good. Loved the farm sandwich, portions are huge and had lots of leftovers.
-
Had an event catered this weekend and it was a big hit! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic. Couldn’t be more pleased.
-
This place was amazing! If you're in the mood for some good BBQ I would definitely recommend this place. The bacon potato salad was amazing and I would go back just for that. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was only one guy waiting on the entire restaurant when we went. He was pretty speedy for doing it all by himself but I think they would benefit from having another waiter!
-
Great Bloody Mary and an awesome brunch with huge helpings of delicious breakfast. Hubby got a chicken fried steak meal while I opted for the meal that included eggs, brisket, and a gigantic cinnamon roll. There was a large game crowd watching football on multiple screens and everyone seemed to be having a great time. We’ve been here a handful of times during different times of day, and we always have great service.
-
Was staying out by the airport and was in the mood for BBQ. Noticed by the reviews that this place was far superior to a competitor closer to the airport so I made the extra 15 minute drive to try it out. Fantastic brisket and sausage! Reasonably price beer and food. 30 bucks for a couple of brews and a BBQ plate is a bargain. Chris the bartender was a great conversationist and on top of his game, never had to ask for anything. Friendly staff and trivia on a lonely Tuesday night. Give it a chance it's worth it!
-
By far the best BBQ I've had in Spokane. We were way too full for dessert but had to pick one to take home because they all looked delicious. Great service & a fun atmosphere too!
-
We love going to this place every Sunday for football. The drinks, food, and staff are all top notch. Keep doing what you do outlaw :)
-
I like the BBQ here, especially that HUGE stuffed loaded baked potato. Prices are good, can get a little loud in here. They also have a full rack of rib special 20$ . The shiner bock beer they rave about, is really a let down.
-
Hands down the best bbq on the west coast. Love the atmosphere the employees are so humble and kind. Reccommend taking anyone here even my grandparents!
-
So I'm from Texas and have had so much BBQ you'd think I was tired if it by this point. I'll have to say that this place is in my top 5 next to my favorites in Texas. Not to mention the staff is super friendly, the beer is cheap and if your a Texas native....they have Shiner Bock ON TAP! Also, it's worth mentioning that this is one of the few places I've been in Spokane that actually served me beer in a well cleaned glass. None of the foam stuck to the edge of the glass as I drank it (which is a good thing). So long story short if you are craving good BBQ and have that Texas BBQ itch then you can't go wrong here. I have absolutely zero complaints.
-
Great... GREAT food HUGE portions. Beer is cold. They have NFL Sunday ticket too. Great spot
-
I wish there were more stars to give. It was absolutely outstanding. The food, the service and the environment were all spot on. Chris was amazing. I will definitely be back. A lot.
-
Best BBQ in town. Locally owned and excellent customer service. We had prompt service and an amazing meal. We have gone in small groups and large and the service is consistently amazing. Interior is unique and a nice add to Spokane.
-
Absolutely love this gem in the downriver/Albi hoods of Spokane. They have Sunday Ticket. Great food paired with massive portions. They have great drinks, good happy hour, and a chill drink club thing. You should check this place out... if you like food.. booze.. and life.
-
HOLY HUGE PORTIONS OF DELICIOUSNESS!!! Will definitely be going back!
-
Awesome food at a great price friendly staff. If you haven't eaten here it's well worth the try.
-
Great BBQ, friendly service, and great family dining experience. Definitely recommend trying it for yourself!
-
Excellent food! Everything we tried was delicious and fair priced for the portion sizes. The service was great, loved the atmosphere and very accommodating with our feisty toddler.
-
Awesome place with great people and the food is crazy good! RIB FRIDAY!!!!!
-
This placed knocked my Sox off! From the BBQ cheese sausage to the brisket to the pulled pork and the loaded potato! Go! Eat like a desperado! The only complaint I had was that there was a pretty large hunk of fat in my pulled pork. But I happens. It was still pretty damn good.
-
Can't ask for a better place. Food/place/cater everyrhing is the best! They will be catering our wedding.
-
Great BBQ place. I had the meat and potatoes sandwich and it was delicious. Brisket and jojos basically. Very good flavor. Decent prices and the service was good.
-
Omg the brisket is amazing ???
Thanks for having me I'll be back for more soon!!! -
Their food is super delicious and the staff is great!!!
-
Great service and awesome food. Mug club is awesome.
-
New menu started today. Got a serving platter of nachos for $7.50, Happy hour. Best nachos I've ever had!!!! Loaded with quality ingrediants. Really friendly staff. I'm now a proud member of the Mug Club, which basically mean is a creative way to show customer appreciation. Something no other bar or restaurant does- discounts, prizes, free birthday dinners, and exclusive invites to VIP parties. Thanks Outlaw!
-
We've been wanting to get over to Outlaw to try out the highly recommended pulled pork sandwiches. Our friends were so right, it was super tasty! They have a decent selection of both domestic and craft beers on draft. Also, they host Trivia on Tuesdays now and our server Chris was a really cool person! He was very welcoming and accommodating. We'll be back to try out some more of their menu.
-
Bomb food. Bomb service. Bomb atmosphere!! Ate so much my left arm went numb. Had the brisket bake (huge potato stuffed with brisket) and it was delish. Awesome local BBQ and good prices.
-
The food was delicious and the service was great! My girl friends and I will definitely be coming back!
-
Finally made it in with some friends tonight. We ordered (2) 2 meat plates and shared amongst the three of us. EVERY SINGLE ITEM was so damn good! If only my gf craved BBQ more often lol. Great job all around! Staff, food, and pricing ?
-
Absolutely the best BBQ we have ever eaten. And the side dishes were better than Grandma used to make. Our New Best Place to eat.
-
Amazing food. Quality and quantity is the best~
Close enough to us too!!! -
Finally got to have dinner here. Absolutely awesome! I had the cheddar and jalapeno sausage sandwich. Very highly recommended. Wait staff was equally awesome! We will be back!
-
????absolute must go!! Great food, great drinks, great staff
-
It was fantastic! I am notorious for leaving my leftovers on the table/bar. Tonight, I ran back for them because it was so good. Great atmosphere too.
-
They just catered lunch at our work of 20 people. Plenty of food, no photo proof because it got demolished! Pulled Pork, tender and delicious, brisket, melt in your mouth, mac and cheese, highly addictive. Coworkers loved it, especially the ones that went for 2nds and 3rds. Thanks Outlaw!
-
Delicious! Absolutely delicious! Staff was nice and the place was clean.
-
Great BBQ ~ great atmosphere ~ cinnamon rolls to die for!
-
Friendly staff with great service , good food , will go again definitely.
-
Not many good bbq places in spokane but this pretty good. Sauce has a bite to it nice to see go to a local place with made from scratch food.
-
Probably the worst brisket I have ever had. Chunks of fat and dried out. I will be surprised if this place makes it till end of the year.
-
Very friendly service, good food. We tried everything from pulled pork to ribs, brisket, and cheddar jalapeo sausage. All of it was really good. I look forward to coming back to this place. I think my favorite though was the seasoned butter for the homemade rolls. Yum!
-
Really good BBQ is hard to find. People recommend places and we usually end up being disappointed. Well my husband heard about this place and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Everything we ordered was soooooo good! I had the 2 meats plate with pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was amazing, I was happy it wasn't dry and was full of flavor. The brisket fell apart like butta! My husband had ribs and sausage which was also really yummy. I usually don't like coleslaw but their house-made slaw was really good! I was too full for dessert but we took a giant cookie to-go. You really get your bang for your buck, I ate till I was full and still have enough left over for a lunch tomorrow that is going to make everyone jealous. The service was also excellent! We're definitely going back!!!
-
Fantastic food. Terribly understaffed. I had the brisket, pulled pork, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and bread pudding. Service was friendly, but inefficient.
-
Good BBQ! And Born and Raised IPA. Western feel with lots of wood including tables and benches and a great country music mix ... Tom, Johnny, Garth, etc. ... Had the brisket and pork with beans and tater salad. All good and tasty. Vinegar base sauces, nice a tangy. Friendly staff!
-
This is one of my favorite spots for BBQ here in Spokane. Sweet tang in their sauce but a hint of spice too, they also have other sauce options on each table. Indoor/outdoor seating even seating at the bar and believe me you'll be mesmerized by all of the beer, wine they have to offer. They of course are reasonable priced and portions are plentiful. You can head towards the register and gaze at all the yummy desserts they offer, their cinnamon rolls are delicious. WHAT!!! People were complaining about how spicy their southwestern mac and cheese was!!! Were is the petition to sign so that they can put that back on the menu, honestly I will sign because i love mac & cheese with my BBQ brisket and ribs. I love the interior decor and of course my husband laughed at me when i did not know who the cowboy men are painted on the wall. Sorry i do not watch movies as often as him. Plenty of parking outside as they are located in a strip mall lot by a thrift store. Yes you can bring your kiddos, they will love the ribs and their beans.

9/20/17
My oh my I think I found one if not the best BBQ joint in Spokane. Went here today for my Birthday dinner and was very happy atmosphere was awesome wait staff great place was clean. Sat at the bar bartender was friendly and informative of there new and expanding menu. They are starting a Sunday brunch that sounds wonderful with football. Most of all food was excellent portions healthy. Thanks Outlaw for a new place to eat and drink. -
My wife and I didn't realize that this BBQ place recently opened, as in, a week ago! I had heard about it from a friend who found it on FB, but he had yet to try it. Disappointed with other BBQ places in town, my wife and I decided to try it. On Sat May, 13 we went. The place is a little out of the way, right next to the VA Hospital in West Spokane. It was moderately busy. Every table had someone sitting at it, but they were large tables. it was a 'seat yourself' place and we didn't want to be rude and ask to share a table. The bar was completely full. So we waited. The GM came out and greeted us, told us about the place, then cleaned up a table after another party got up and left. Out wait time was only about 5 minutes. The opening menu was a bit sparse, but okay for choices for a place that recently opened. My wife had the 'one meat plate' and chose the brisket. I went all out and got the rib+2 meat plate. The rib was good, a little chewy, but the brisket and pulled pork were amazing! Plus 2 sides, we each got an order of the potato salad and and spicy pasta salad... I actually remember telling the GM when he checked on us that the spicy salad was like crack! Good sized portions, I was completely stuffed! The service was probably the best in all of Spokane at any restaurant, an eager-to-please mentality. The service was a breath of fresh air! A couple came in and we offered the end of our table to them, this BBQ place is about good food, good local beer, great service, and good community. Probably the best BBQ place in town! I will be back and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone needing a real BBQ fix!
-
Saw this place on a nearby search while in Spokane to watch softball. Just needed a quick meal so I sat at the bar, same menu as the restaurant - a short one for a couple weeks while they get setup.
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Comes with slaw and their mustard sauce so it's really Memphis style. The bun is a homemade roll and it has cornbread overtones to it. Added to the sandwich rather than being the typical delivery distraction.
My side was the corn-cilantro-jalapeo pasta salad. I've never had some thing quite as delicious as this in a pasta salad, nice little kick.
All in all a nice place, good atmosphere and good selection of draft beers too. -
Anyone who lives in the Spokane area, if they're honest, will admit that good barbecue is a rarity here. We drive through this area daily, and what do you know, a new restaurant! With only one rave review and the possibility that we may actually have high quality, Texas style barbecue close to home, we had to try it.
My wife had the three-rib plate with two sides (baked beans and corn/jalapeo pasta salad). I had the one rib and two meat plate (brisket & pulled pork) with two sides (meat chili and coleslaw). I had truly high hopes, and I was not left disappointed in the least!
The ribs were great, but the superstar was the pulled pork and the brisket. The pulled pork is jam packed with flavor, drizzled with a tangy and sweet mustard sauce. The brisket was amazing! Drizzled with barbecue sauce the smoky flavor still packed a delicious punch. Served Texas style with raw onions and pickles.
The best part, it's five minutes away and we can come back often!

The Brisket sandwich and egg potato salad was very tasty and the music was upbeat! Awesome customer service and genuine real! I will come back again and with my friends
-
Excellent BBQ, I had the brisket and sausage, they both are fantastic, however my absolute favorite is the bbq beans, best i have had anywhere!
-
Good food. Wish we were able to try the brisket but they were out. Sausage was tasty. Frito pie was excellent.
-
I was in the mood for BBQ and place hit the spot, we had the pulled pork sandwich, southwest Mac n cheese and the potato salad. Definitely will be coming back. Everything tasted great and the sides were a good size overall.
-
By far some of the best food I've had in Spokane in the short time we've lived here, especially the brisket. The southwest Mac n cheese is also amazing. The service was prompt & friendly. The food is also moderately priced. The art on the wall was awesome. Just all around good food & good service for a good price. Go here when you're craving some really good BBQ!

This is a great new BBQ place. We needed one more on the north side. Great food and our server Chris Fievez was great. We will be back

FINALLY! A high quality BBQ spot in Spokane. Do yourself a favor and eat at Outlaw BBQ. You won't hate yourself for driving all the way out here, but you might hate yourself for how much you're about to eat.
Even with a minimal opening menu, they have plenty of food to please any BBQ lover. I would highly suggest one of the meat plate options as it gives you the ability to try as many of their delicious choices as possible. The BBQ beans are a must, as is the pulled pork with their Carolina sauce (the yellow stuff).
I got a two meat plate with brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Add in the home made roll that comes along and you have yourself quite a meal. The beans and pork were out of this world good. The brisket and mac and cheese were both 4 star quality. Not amazing, but didn't take away from my blissful dining experience one bit. Then of course there is the roll which is good enough to be eaten alone, but you'll want to use it to soak of every last bit of juice and sauce left on your tray.
The prices may seem a bit high, but for both the quality and quantity it's well worth it.

Best BBQ in Spokane as far as I'm concerned. Brisket was fantastic and the BBQ sauce was spot on. Will definitely be back.
-
Ate here the other day and it was really good. I had the three meat platter which had one rib, beef brisket, and pork with baked beans and the macaroni salad. The beef brisket was a little dry, but everything else was amazing. I am not usually a baked beans fan, but this I loved. The jalapeo macaroni salad was my absolute favorite. The person I was with complained that her chicken was dry as well. I know it's a new place, so I am hoping they are just trying to get all the bugs out. I definitely recommend this place.
-
Legit BBQ. Ribs almost as good as my own and brisket was even better. Great potato salad and bread, I don't know what was in the butter but it was tasty. Everything is house-made. I'll be back as quick as I can.
-
Spokane's best BBQ! I had the 2 meat plate and split it with my wife. We got the pulled pork and brisket. Both meats were tender and nice smoke flavor but not over smoked. Both sauces they had were tangy and sweet with a little heat. The atmosphere is very unique and cool! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great BBQ!

Fantastic BBQ and great location for people up North. Next to the Fieldhouse, so don't overlook it.
Came with friends Sat early afternoon. Between the three of use we got their brisket, pulled pork, and chicken thighs. All of the meat was tender and their sauces (they give a healthy portion of sauce, so if you don't like heavy sauce, ask for it on the side or use the table sauces).
For sides we all got a little portion of their slaw (vinegar, not cream based, but good), cilantro jalapeno pasta salad, baked beans, Texas chili, and potato salad. All of it tasted great! -
This place is the real deal! We finally have a real BBQ in Spokane. The brisket was excellent and so was the sausage. The beans were my favorite side but the pasta was also very good. Shiner Bock on tap and at a reasonable price. Great customer service! I will be back again soon.

Damn. This is some legit BBQ. Chris the manager on duty gave some great recommendations and excellent service, Evan with a party of 50 that showed up. Ray and Misty knock it out of the park. The brisket and sausage were prepared perfectly.
-
So good! We had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of JoJo's and the brisket sandwich with a side of the slaw -- all of it was great! The sauces that accompany the sandwiches complete the meal. To top it all off we had a giant cookie for dessert, which was soooooo bad(in a very good way). This will definitely be our go-to for BBQ!!
-
Food is crazy good, service is top notch. Bartender was funny as hell. Made for a great night.
-
Sooo glad they opened this in Spokane. Best BBQ in town!! Got the 1 rib 2 meat plate which was just enough to split with my husband with little room for dessert. So good!! You need to try this place out

Great food, I love brisket, so I am happy to find someplace that has it now.
They have Shiner Bock on tap, which is a great beer fromTexas.
Didn't get any of their deserts, but they were huge in the display case.
Their jalapeno cheddar sausage is great, and their deviled egg and jalapeno pasta salad are both fantastic.
Love their homemade roll and their bbq butter is great, would love to steal that recipe.
Service was great, and everyone is very friendly.
Love new local places and will come back for sure, and I highly recommend this place! -
Heard about this place from a buddy. I've been back four times in the last 14 days. The first time I was there they were out of brisket. The waiter suggested the chicken thighs. Wow, deboned and ready to eat. The jalapeno sausage bites are out of the world. Friendly staff and great food. I haven't been able to try the desserts but they look fantastic. I just can't seem to save room for dessert.
-
Great spot! Loved it. Drinks are strong, food has lots of flavor. The cilantro corn pasta salad is SO good. Salads are gigantic and sandwiches have tons of meat!! Would go again.
-
Great food. Great service. Great everything. Went with the family here on Sat. Hubby had a brisket sandwich and the beans. I had the brisket baked potato. Soooo good. I LOVE that they brought salsa with my brisket baked potato! I am the type that must have salsa on my meat!! We also bought some dessert ti take back to the hotel. Husband loved the apple crisp and I loved the brownie. Great place! Wish we lived in the area so we could come back often.
-
My boyfriend and I checked this place out a couple weeks ago. I got the bbq chicken caesar salad. It was amazing! Such great food! And such a fun place to eat! The ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant will make you feel like you are in Texas! Highly recommend!
-
Outlaw BBQ has the best BBQ in Spokane and chili is the absolute BEST ever! It's REAL chili! Love this place!
-
This place is everything you hope it will be. The atmosphere is as the name says, the portions are enough to feed two people and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and sincerely cares that you are full when leaving! And don't even get me started on all of their homemade cases of dessert! You can tell everything is made with care. This is our new go to for BBQ
